Spectrum Photography was founded by Terry Ryan in 1982 and has been in business in the Sacramento valley for over 28 years.  We specialize in youth sports photography such as baseball and basketball leagues, soccer clubs, swim teams, cheerleading, volleyball clubs, dance and gymnastic companies and many others.

Terry K. Ryan is married, and lives in Granite Bay, California. They have a daughter (Irish dancer) and son (U.S. Marine). Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., Terry served in the United States Air Force and earned his college degrees in business/finance and social science.

John Muheim, a Sacramento native began working with Spectrum in 1984 as a staff photographer and became a full partner in the business in 2004. He continues to work in all aspects of the business from picture day to print fulfillment and everything in between.

Miland has worked for Spectrum Photography for over 15 years and became our office manager in 2003. Multi-talented, Miland not only runs all aspects of production in the office, but is one of the crew chiefs for picture day. He lives in Folsom, and enjoys snow skiing, and canoeing. Against all odds, he continues to root for the SF 49ers and Giants.
